Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Vatting for 20 days in temperature-controlled vats.

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of white flowers haloed by notes of yellow fruit.

Palate:

Soft and full of flavor, this wine is perfect for sharing with friends. It’s wonderfully easy to drink, with a pleasant bitterness mid-palate and a hint of grapefruit zest on the finish. A true crowd-pleaser!

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
