The 2021 red Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes is a perfect representative of its appellation, with excellent aging potential of around ten years. With its perfectly integrated structure, depth and consistency, this Pinot is fully mature, full-bodied and concentrated, with hints of cherry brandy.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, fermented in vats, aged 14 months in French oak barrels (20-30% new).Color:
