Wine:

The Blanc de Blancs cuvée is fruity, very harmonious, subtle, and persistent character. It's a seductive champagne, light and delicate, with notes of chalk, white flowers, green pepper, combined with a touch of citrus, almond, and toasted bread. A must-try champagne from Champagne, a favorite of the Committee, perfect to enjoy with a sea bream carpaccio or as an aperitif.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 3 years in the cellar.
15% reserve wines. Dosage : 8 g/l
The estate has chosen to bottle this wine in a transparent bottle, as is the case for some rare Prestige wines. It is imperative to keep the bottle away from light, away from ultraviolet rays which could alter it.
