Vinification:

Hand-harvested from 32-year-old vines. Whole-berry pressing, static settling, no thermoregulation, 2-6 months fermentation on lees. Aged 11 months on lees.

Golden yellow with good intensity.

Nose:

Comfortable ripeness with hints of fine spices revealing themselves, all on a fresh, delicate nose.

Palate:

Balanced through ample richness and refreshing natural acidity, unfolding a long, intense persistence.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
