Elegantly crafted, the 2022 Chablis White Bréchain Vieilles Vignes reveals a lovely aromatic profile, with hints of seashell, chalk, and a floral touch over ripe white fruit. The palate is beautifully wrapped, supported by the vintage's density and the depth of old vines, adding richness. This is a precise and mineral-driven wine, yet broad-shouldered and incredibly smooth, perfect for pairing with food. The enjoyment is immediate! A Committee favorite, rated 93/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. 100% alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees for 10 months.
