Wine:

Showing great aging potential, the 2022 White Pouilly-Fuissé Les Châtaigniers Vieilles Vignes already offers an exciting expression of Chardonnay on limestone soils. From vines aged 40 to 60 years, this wine reveals a ripe, floral nose with a beautiful chalky touch and refined oak influence. The palate reflects this maturity, bringing richness and elegance, all enhanced by expertly managed aging. It will benefit from an additional 6 months to a year to fully integrate its elements. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified and aged for 12 months, 60% of the harvest in oak barrels and the remaining 40% in 600-litre demi muids.
