Vinification:

Hand harvested, indigenous yeasts, aged 7 to 9 months in wooden vats. Unfiltered wine.

100% organic and biodynamic estate, no certification required.

Bright, light golden yellow.

Floral flavors and citrus notes.

Palate:

Flavorful and full of intensity, this cuvée reveals juicy, refined flavors with beautiful depth and perfect balance.
