Wine:
Carried by old Grenache vines, some of which are a hundred years old, the 2019 Red Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Vieilles Vignes takes full advantage of this sunny and intense vintage, displaying a floral nose with peppery accents and a very sober oaky touch. The palate reveals a harmonious and fresh palate, with a beautiful maturity, which is very well balanced. This wine has the audacity to remain digestible and fresh despite its high level of maturity. A challenge to be kept for 10 years or more and to be served with a rib of beef or a leg of lamb. Rated 96/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
