Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification, temperature-controlled fermentation, long maceration. Aged 18 months in oak tuns.

An intense red.

Nose:

Abundant black fruit aromas mixed with spicy notes.

Both rich and precise with juicy fruity aromas, this cuvée offers a generous, deep, and vibrant expression.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
