Wine:

Rich in flavor, refined, and easy-drinking, the 2022 Terrasses du Larzac Terre de Jonquières Red offers an immediate and authentic expression of the appellation. This wine is fine and pure, with pronounced notes of dark fruits and a hint of violet. Its elegant texture, delicate tannins, and well-balanced structure, enhanced by aging in large wooden vessels (500-liter demi-muids and foudres), create a wine that is both deep, sun-kissed, and sophisticated.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged by plot-based wine for 12 months in demi-muids, then blended and aged for a further 4 months in stainless steel vats.

Certified organic wine.

Deep, intense red.

Nose:

Expressive, with aromas of tart black fruits, violets and crème de cassis.

Palate:

A delicate structure with fine, silky tannins, recognizing the warmth of the terroir and its solar character.
