The Champagne Brut Carte Jaune is a wine of remarkable depth, rich and intense, with Pinot Noir at its core. Its brioche and lightly toasted notes come from the reserve wines and a small percentage of wine aged in foudres. Vinification:
Hand harvested, traditional Champagne vinification. Made from Pinot Noir (50-55%), Chardonnay (28-33%°) and Pinot Meunier (15-20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, made from grapes from 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the crayères.Dosage: 10g/l.
