It features brioche and lightly toasted notes, thanks to the reserve wines and a small portion aged in foudres. Hand harvested, traditional Champagne vinification. Made from Pinot Noir (50-55%), Chardonnay (28-33%°) and Pinot Meunier (15-20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, made from grapes from 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the crayères.Dosage: 10g/l.
