Sourced from 2.5 hectares of the family Clos, planted with Grenache and Clairette, this white wine presents itself with richness, power, and a fine concentration around juicy fruit, without losing any finesse or freshness. Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Pressing on arrival at the winery in a pneumatic press. Static cold settling with no additives. Alcoholic fermentation in vats. Aged in demi-muids for several months with regular stirring of the lees.

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Aromatic bouquet of white fruit, with notes of pear and quince underlined by a hint of honey.

Palate:

Roundness and finesse accentuate these white fruit flavors, which continue through a lovely liveliness and controlled balance.
