Bold and intense, the 2022 Red Côtes-du-Rhône Réserve is bursting with ripe black fruit, especially blackberry, layered over well-structured tannins. This is a dense, full-bodied wine with a beautifully balanced mid-palate and real ageing potential. Delicate violet aromas add finesse to this high-calibre red, which can be enjoyed now or cellared for another 2 to 3 years. A perfect match for red meats, such as a classic daube.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Berries are sorted and destemmed. Fermentation in 150- and 190-hl temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Aged in wood and stainless steel vats for 1 year.Color:
