Hand harvested, selection of grapes coming only from Grands Crus: Côte des Blancs and the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, corking, manual racking, ageing for a minimum of 9 years on laths. Manual disgorgement.Dosage : 4g/L.
