A model of Barolo, the 2017 Red Barolo Broglio delivers all of its Italian elegance and class around smooth tannins and ripe fruit flavors with a touch of spice related to the barrel aging. Juicy cherry and creme de cassis flavors cover a clean and refined palate with a very creamy texture. It is a real pleasure to drink this suave and balanced wine, carried by a lot of maturity and spicy freshness. A very nice Barolo to drink or to keep in the cellar for a few more years. From now until 2030Barolo, the flagship of Italy, is a prized terroir that has all wine lovers in a frenzy. In this land of excellence, enchanting the hills of Piedmont, the wines align structure and elegance in a complete harmony that only a few can match. The nebbiolo offers here its best expression, reminiscent of its cousins from Burgundy, with whom it rivals in finesse and complexity.
