The nose is fresh and floral, with notes of linden leaf, while the palate is structured yet refined, with a nearly saline, mineral-driven finish. A delicate, light-bodied wine, perfect for pairing with seafood, lake fish, or river fish dishes.Vinification:
Hand-harvested in 2 or 3 passages, fermented at 16° in 500-liter demi-muids, then aged for 7 to 9 months.Biodynamic wine, certified by Demeter.
