Wine:

Made from 100% Chasselas, the 2022 White IGP Vin des Allobroges "Un P’tit Coin de Paradis" offers a pure and precise expression of the grape. The nose is fresh and floral, with notes of linden leaf, while the palate is structured yet refined, with a nearly saline, mineral-driven finish. A delicate, light-bodied wine, perfect for pairing with seafood, lake fish, or river fish dishes.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested in 2 or 3 passages, fermented at 16° in 500-liter demi-muids, then aged for 7 to 9 months.

Biodynamic wine, certified by Demeter.

Color:

Golden yellow with good intensity.

Nose:

Pure and fresh, with lovely floral and lime-leaf notes.

Palate:

With vibrant minerality and freshness, this refined cuvée offers a delicate, precise palate, enhanced by subtle saline notes.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
