The Carte Jaune Brut Champagne is a wine of great depth—rich and intense, with Pinot Noir taking center stage. A touch of brioche and subtle toasty notes from the reserve wines and a small portion aged in large casks add complexity. This iconic cuvée from Champagne has a distinct, wine-like character, perfectly balanced by vibrant freshness. It offers both energy and maturity, embodying everything that makes a great, universally loved Champagne.Vinification:
Hand harvested, traditional champagne vinification. Composed of Pinot Noir (50 to 55%), Chardonnay (28 to 33%°) and Pinot Meunier (15 to 20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, produced from grapes of 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the chalk cellars.Dosage : 10g/l.
