Wine:

The 2022 red Amphora is a vibrant blend of Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Minustellu, Carcaghjolu, and Moresconu, vinified in a clay amphora. The wine is fresh and beautifully aromatic, with notes of black fruits, spices, and violet. On the palate, it reveals a tightly woven structure, full of energy and depth, supported by supple tannins and a striking intensity. A powerful yet balanced wine, it’s a testament to the potential of these Corsican varieties. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested from granite plots, vinified in a clay amphora and matured for 3 months in stainless steel vats. No added sulphur, fining or filtration.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine. (not mentioned on the back of the label)

Aromas of black fruits, spices, and violet define this wine.
