Wine The 2022 Red Cahors Pur fruit du Causse lives up to its name! This Malbec brings out layered notes of blackcurrant, cherry, and cocoa, finishing with perfect ripeness and balance. Its full, rounded body is both graceful and refined—a delightful, easy-drinking wine that’s bound to be a crowd-pleaser. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Short traditional vinification in stainless steel and cement vats. Matured in vats only.
