Farmed biodynamically for over 45 years, the estate produces what might be the most complex and enigmatic white wine out there — a wine that only truly reveals its layers after several years in the cellar. |

Just released, the 2023 Savennières Les Vieux Clos White shows a luminous pale gold hue with striking intensity. The nose reveals earthy, root-driven aromas—hallmarks of the cru—lifted by delicate notes of white fruit. On the palate, the wine is energetic and finely structured, shaped by the cool vintage, which lends it a youthful austerity. A bottle to keep cellared a while longer, and ideally paired with fine fish or subtly spiced cuisine. |
