Palate Balanced and harmonious, this cuvée reveals a juicy and well-defined palate with ripe, precise flavours, supported by a refined tannic structure.

Temperature Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.
Food Traditional pâté en croûte, onglet of beef with shallots, oven-roasted rack of veal, squared and grilled pork belly, roast farmhouse guinea fowl, matured Saint-Nectaire fermier cheese.

Known for his impeccably crafted wines, he produces wines of impressive maturity, complexity, and depth that never fail to impress, vintage after vintage.
Wine The 2023 Red Morgon Les Delys is a standout success. Fresh aromas of Burlat cherries and almond lead into a vibrant, well-defined palate with a supple texture and smooth tannins. Perfectly balanced and approachable, this wine also has the structure and depth to evolve beautifully over the next ten years. Rated 95+/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand-harvested from a one-hectare vineyard planted in 1978, 1985 and 1986. Very traditional vinification, aged in oak tuns.
