Wine The 2023 White Chablis Premier Cru Vaucoupin is a gem of precision. The nose reveals perfectly ripened aromas, with a beautifully balanced mineral character complemented by white fruit, pure citrus tones, and a touch of hazelnut butter. On the palate, it strikes a flawless balance between finesse and ripeness, offering impressive depth and a lingering mineral finish that adds freshness and tension. A superb wine, ready to enjoy now and capable of aging gracefully for over five years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, direct pressing, cold settling. Total alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, aged on fine lees from November to mid-April.
