The estate and the wine |
Château La Lagune is at the top of its game. A member of the prestigious 1855 classification of Médoc Grands Crus Classés, the estate has been holding its own among the very best for years. Its consistent style, depth of flavour, and classic profile make it one of the standout names today. The wines are shaped by a gravel terroir unique to this part of the Médoc, now certified organic. They are precise, elegant, and age with grace. |

Château La Lagune 2021 charms with its finesse, purity, and textbook Médoc character. The nose reveals fresh red berries, delicate floral notes, a hint of cedar, and a refined graphite thread. On the palate, it’s poised and streamlined, supported by fine tannins and a precisely sculpted texture. Oak aging is subtle and perfectly integrated, allowing the fruit to shine. A wine of elegance and distinction, built to age gracefully for years to come. |
