The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine CHANDON, the world's leading sparkling wine specialist since 1959, owns six estates in different terroirs. In Argentina, the vineyards of El Yaima and Caicayén (Mendoza), located at an altitude of between 1000 and 1200 meters, benefit from favorable climatic conditions, protected by the Andes, which allow the grapes to ripen slowly and retain their natural acidity. An ideal ecosystem for the production of sparkling wines, which the brand has specialized in since Champagne. Discover one of the world's leading wine brands!
Wine A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, Chandon Brut Blanc is a fresh, fruity sparkling wine with notes of brioche, red fruit and citrus. It's an elegant, well-balanced wine, both ripe and creamy, with finesse and precision, full of juice and perfectly integrated bubbles.
Vinification Hand-harvested, grapes harvested between 1000 and 1200 meters above sea level, varietals vinified separately, long Charmat* fermentation.

*Charmat method: fermentation and bubbling in closed tanks. Fermentation takes place in a high-pressure tank. The wine, yeast and fermenting liqueur are added, and the whole is kept at a temperature of 20°C to facilitate fermentation. Some 15 to 20 days later, with the tank closed, the carbon dioxide cannot escape: the result is an effervescent product. It is then filtered into so-called tirage vats, where it remains until bottling.

Brut dosage: 10gr/l.
