Crowned with 3 stars in the French RVF Green Guide, its most supreme recognition, the Domaine de Terrebrune has always distinguished itself from its peers .On the magnificent terroir of Bandol, where the vines cling to the terraces and look out to sea, the Mourvèdre grape variety is king, and delivers the quintessence of these clay-limestone soils.
Organic winemaking, manual harvesting, maturation in oak barrel meticulous care: this precious address is among the three best in Provence. It is a refuge for us: with each vintage, it offers endearing and sincere wines that satisfy the most demanding amateurs. |

A Selection Committee Favorite! Rated 95/100, the 2021 White Bandol is made out of a majority of clairette grape variety, associated with ugni blanc, bourboulenc, marsanne and rolle. The result is a wine of great purity, with a slightly flinty side to it that reminds us of its limestone terroir. The palate is impeccable in style, fresh and complex, with notes of stone fruits, a floral touch and a beautiful saline and iodine finish. A very fine example of a great white Bandol, to pair with grilled or roasted fish or seafood. It will easily keep for ten years or more in the cellar! |
