This family estate, blessed with some of Chablis’ finest terroirs, produces a focused yet flawless range, from Chablis Village to Grand Cru. Its consistent excellence and unparalleled quality place this estate at the pinnacle of French winemaking.
Wine With great purity and no wood influence, the 2022 white Chablis Vieilles Vignes combines finesse and freshness with elegance and vivacity. This is a full-bodied and well-rounded wine, with a healthy energy that offers a slightly saline finish, perfect for accompanying seafood. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. Bottled in November 2023.
