The estate and the wine |
A cornerstone of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine Usseglio Raymond & Fils is among the region’s most coveted estates. Producing wines of exceptional depth and balance, the estate follows organic and biodynamic practices, standing out for its consistent quality and elegance—qualities few can rival.
Highly praised by Robert Parker, these wines are increasingly hard to come by, with each vintage selling out almost as soon as it’s released. |

Dominated by Grenache, the 2021 Red Châteauneuf-du-Pape showcases delicate aromas of red berries. Refined, supple, and silky, it reveals notes of ripe fruit, cinnamon, and garrigue. While it promises excellent aging potential of at least 10 years, it can also be enjoyed now with proper decanting, pairing beautifully with poultry. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee |
