RSRV, Champagne for gastronomy
RSRV has historically had a special relationship with gastronomy, and these cuvées are designed for the pleasure of the table, to accompany a meal or an aperitif.
Hibiscus flan
A supple, mellow accord, enlivened by the acidic imprint of hibiscus powder, extending the lively character of this cuvée with its crisp red fruit notes.
Swordfish and avocado
The roundness of champagne and its sapid notes of fresh honey are matched by the fatty, unctuous textures of the avocado and swordfish duo.
Marinated sea bream
A pairing that brings out both the gourmet, full-bodied flavors and the salinity of the champagne. The whole is reinforced by an iodized finish that lingers on the palate.
Production
After the harvest
the wines from each plot are vinified separately before being blended. A 10-year rest in the cellar completes the process.
Cuvée Lalou
Produced from
the best parcels of the Maison Mumm terroir, the oldest and best located. There are twelve of them, equally divided between Pinot and Chardonnay.

The RSRV range is the only collection of 100% Grand Cru champagne. Of the 17 villages classified as Grand Cru, Verzenay is the House's historic cru, established since 1840.
Minimum ageing
Ageing for a minimum of 3 to 6 years, and up to 10 for the Lalou cuvée, allows the full character of each cuvée to be revealed.
