Béatrice and Vincent Rapin are meticulous winemakers, dedicating themselves to their small plot of just 1.5 hectares with almost monastic devotion. Embracing organic farming and biodynamic principles, they undertake monumental work that liberates them from any need for intervention in the cellar.

Their production, aimed at connoisseurs, quickly earned the endorsement of Stéphane Derenoncourt, the renowned winemaker and Bordeaux consultant. Particularly because this wine, named after a flower related to the lily of the valley that blooms at eleven o'clock, stands out in the Bordeaux landscape. It challenges traditional norms to deliver a pure, uncompromising fruit.
