Château Pesquié produces joyful, delicious wine with bursting aromas of fruit and soft and well-balanced flavors that one can hardly resist. Its high altitude terroirs gives their wine an incredible freshness for the region, that Robert Parker can’t stop singing the praises of. Esteemed by wine critics from around the world, and particularly adored by our Selection Committee, this estate is a must-have for any wine enthusiast!

This new wine - of which it is only the 2nd vintage of - does not escape the American critic who salutes here its potential of aging and its controlled power. Biodynamic methods, gentle vatting, ageing in demi-muids and concrete eggs: everything here contributes to the most refined and graceful expression of Grenache on a sandy terroir. Great art, rated 94/100 by Parker, a Selection Committee Favorite! 

With its delicate notes of rose and peony, the 2018 Red Ventoux Silica is playful and savory. It is a wine with an infused substance, carried by these touches of spice, cinnamon, which also carries a great background, a controlled and perfectly framed power. The Grenache (90%) shows its finest score, aged for two thirds in demi-muids and for one third in concrete eggs. The promise is great to see it blossom for many more years!
