Charming, the 2014 red Chambolle-Musigny is a wine of great finesse, with a delicate and subtle register that is immediately accessible. The silky tannins and the voluptuous palate form a pleasant whole, so typical of Chambolle! The firm finish makes it possible to consider it at the table on a roasted poultry, a rib or a shank with herbs. Already irresistible!Vinification:
Hand harvested, 100% de-stemmed, vinification in open vats for about 4 weeks, aged in oak barrels for 18 months.Color:
