Wine:
The gem of the Côte de Nuits appellation, located between Vougeot and Morey-Saint-Denis, the 2018 red Chambolle-Musigny perfectly embodies the spirit of the place. The clay content of the soils, lower than those of other villages, gives it a more delicate profile, which forges its legend. Its aromas of juicy black cherry, rose and violet take place in a framework of great refinement, where the tannins never dominate. It is an airy, complete, intense wine, to be reserved for refined cuisine.Vinification:
Hand harvested, vinification in thermo-regulated oak truncated vats, aged for 14 to 16 months 100% in oak barrels of which 35% is new wood.Color:
