A 100% Rolle grape variety, the 2021 White Côtes de Provence Tentations delivers itself with intensity around floral aromas and a mineral touch. A seductive and well-balanced white wine that can be served as an aperitif or at the table paired with grilled fish, shellfish, or Mediterranean cuisine. The choice is yours!

Vinification:

Purchase of 'finished wine' after tasting from the terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation.

Color:

Crystal clear gold.

Nose:

Floral with a mineral touch.

Palate:

It is a wine made from pure rolle alias vermentino which offers a delicate and fine palate. Its mineral tension and its balance place it far from any technicality.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Perfect for aperitif, grilled fish, cheese such as Banon de Provence.

In a historic and preserved enclave on the edge of the sea stands Clos Cibonne. An incredible estate that enjoys a special terroir where the Tibouren grape variety expresses itself admirably. This old endemic variety, which you will not find anywhere else, makes for very original wines that confirm the region’s high potential and the vision and mastery of Brigitte and Claude Deforges, its talented winemakers. 


Since 2005, they have added another string to their success: a selective and demanding activity of wine merchants which allows them to elaborate a more accessible range called "Tentations", from a rigorous selection of grapes or wines. 


Now available in three colors, this collection is the expression of their passion for the Côtes de Provence wines, but also for other French vineyards: a love at first sight and a discovery that we are delighted to share with you today!
