The 2023 White Chablis is a fantastic expression of its terroir, opening with a ripe yet fresh nose and a distinct mineral character. This is a Chardonnay with tension and precision—lively, refreshing, and marked by a persistent mineral streak. An outstanding value from Chablis, with the structure to age gracefully for at least five years.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Gentle pressing and static settling for 24 to 36 hours. Fermented 100% with indigenous yeasts and matured on fine lees for 8 to 10 months with several stirring of the lees in stainless steel vats.Certified organic wine.
