Produced from a beautifully mature vintage, the 2021 red Savigny-lès-Beaune expresses itself with a full, silky profile, displaying a charming wine full of delicacy. The spicy, floral nose is quite characteristic of this terroir, with a hint of wild blackberries; on the palate, it develops great finesse and suppleness, with a long, greedy finish. A delicate, elegant wine to be enjoyed for another 5 or 6 years.Vinification:
Hand-harvested grapes from the estate, supplemented by grape and wine purchases from partner suppliers.Maceration and vinification for 2 to 3 weeks, aged for 12 to 15 months in barrels (10% new).
