The 2022 White Saint-Véran offers a perfect blend of freshness and charm. The aging process enhances the wine without overshadowing its natural qualities, creating a lively and energetic profile with a rich texture that closely resembles a Pouilly-Fuissé. The balance between tension and roundness is expertly achieved, featuring perfectly ripe fruit and a radiant floral note. This Chardonnay showcases a refined tension, with just the right maturity to add depth and vitality, without any excess. It’s an elegant wine, ideal for starting a meal, pairing wonderfully with dry cheeses or seafood.

The 2022 Red Rully offers the perfect ripe Pinot Noir profile from the lovely 2022 vintage, with great purity and abundant fruit. The ageing is well integrated, enveloping a fleshy frame, quite dense but remaining fresh and precise. A lovely bottle to enjoy over the next few years; a little aeration in a decanter or a large glass would be welcome.

Produced from a beautifully mature vintage, the 2021 red Savigny-lès-Beaune expresses itself with a full, silky profile, displaying a charming wine full of delicacy. The spicy, floral nose is quite characteristic of this terroir, with a hint of wild blackberries; on the palate, it develops great finesse and suppleness, with a long, greedy finish. A delicate, elegant wine to be enjoyed for another 5 or 6 years.
