Wine:

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats, no malolactic fermentation.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Fresh with exotic and floral notes.

This lively wine is crisp, digestible and well-balanced. A wine for immediate pleasure!

Air before serving between 10 and 12°C.
