Wine:

The 2020 Red Ribeira Sacra Camino Real is a stunning wine, delighting with its fresh and juicy aromas. The pure nose, with deliciously smoky notes of stone fruits and licorice, immediately captivates. The palate is beautifully balanced, offering freshness and smoothness, with well-integrated tannins. This is an elegant and harmonious red, perfect to enjoy with sauced or grilled meats. Drink now or cellar for 5 years or more for those who appreciate aged wines. Rated 93/100 by the Parker Guide.

Vinification:

Hand harvested in crates. Traditional vinification, maceration for 45 days, then vinified in truncated-cone wooden vats. Aged between 10 months and 1 year in 500-liter French oak barrels and 5000-liter wooden vats.

Nose:

Pure, delicate aromas emerge on the first nose, with subtle notes of smoky vine shoots and pit fruit, underlined by a hint of licorice.
