The 2021 Santa Rita Hills Estate Pinot Noir beautifully captures the diversity of these hillside terroirs. Vinified and aged in barrels, with 20% new oak, this Pinot Noir is both exuberant and voluptuous, showcasing enticing notes of black tea, violet, and red and black fruits. With vibrant acidity and refreshing brightness, it maintains a dynamic, full-bodied texture, silky tannins, and a long, nuanced finish. A sophisticated, elegant, and deeply flavorful wine.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Blend of selected grapes from the estate's Radian and Bentrock vineyards. Aged 11 months in French oak barrels, 20% new and 80% neutral.
