Gourmet fruit, raspberry coulis, elderberry, fine wood... The 2017 red Morgon aligns enchanting flavors in a high-style palate, judiciously aged in a Burgundian style and perfectly balanced. Hand harvested, maceration of 3 to 4 weeks, fermentation punctuated by punching down and pumping over.Aged for 10 months in concrete vats and new French oak barrels and one to two wines.
