Wine:

Driven by perfectly ripe Merlot, the 2020 Red Étoiles de Mondorion Saint-Émilion Grand Cru opens with seductive, intense fruit aromas enhanced by a touch of luxurious oak aging. In this exceptional vintage, the wine delivers impressive concentration, with a rich, fleshy texture and beautifully integrated aging that enhances its structure. The result is a Saint-Émilion of both finesse and generosity, carried by a vibrant freshness that promises excellent aging potential.

Vinification:

Hand harvested and placed in small crates. Sorting of the harvest in the cellar. Total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation in coated concrete vats. Automatic temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels that have been used for two wines.

Ruby red, brilliant.

Nose:

Fruity and ripe, emphasised by the maturity of the merlot and a woody note.

Palate:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
