Its finely crafted, precise, and fresh structure is ideal for seafood or cheeses. This wine celebrates the noble vegetal aspect of Chardonnay with a maturity that retains its crispness. Exceptionally well-made, especially at this price! It can be aerated beforehand or served in large glasses. Rated 91/100 by the selection committee.Vinification:
Harvested by hand. Pneumatic pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18°C. Aged for 2 months in 20HL tuns.For ecological reasons, this wine is sold without capsules.
