The 2019 Red Lieu-Dit Saint-Joseph is a parcel-based wine that, in this interesting and well-balanced vintage, rivals the decade’s best successes. Its aromas of black cherries, black currant, and spices settle into a dense and structured frame. The tannins are well-integrated and smooth. This is a wine that will stand decades of aging, a magnificent Saint-Joseph red combining freshness and power that will pair beautifully with a roasted lamb.Vinification:
Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation control and temperatures up to 33°C, aged for 24 months in new oak.Color:
