Wine:

The 2023 Red Domaine des Amphores Saint-Joseph Les 7 Lieux is a standout from this vintage, impressing with its finesse and purity. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged for 11 months in barrels, demi-barrels, vats and jars.

Organic and Biodynamic (Demeter) certified wine.

Bright red, with a beautiful intensity.

Nose:

Very fragrant, delicate and fresh, with smoky bacon notes mixed with black fruit aromas, all underlined by a subtle touch of wood.

Palate:

Delicate and easy to digest, this wine is made from perfectly ripe fruit and produces a delicate, fresh juice of good density, pure and well-balanced, ready to drink within 5 years.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
