With excellent aging potential of around ten years, the Red 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes is a perfect representation of its appellation. Its well-integrated oak complements a solid structure, depth, and consistency, showcasing a fully realized Pinot Noir with richness and concentration, highlighted by notes of cherry liqueur.Vinification:
