A new symbol of Iberia’s winemaking revival, Jumilla has earned a world-class reputation. It is here that Bodegas Olivares has built its legacy, benefiting from two key assets: its high-altitude vineyards—Jumilla’s coolest, at over 800 meters—and an extraordinary heritage of ungrafted Monastrell vines, untouched by phylloxera, thriving in limestone and sandy soils.

This rare treasure is carefully nurtured by the Olivares family, yielding intensely concentrated, aromatic grapes. These are then elevated through long macerations, meticulous indigenous yeast fermentations, and aging in large wooden vats—resulting in wines of remarkable depth and character.
